How many travelers are on each trip?
We don't have a standard tour group size at Highest Travel. Why? Because a group size should depend on the destination to ensure the best experience for travelers. So, check the description for each tour’s max traveler count. Many trips are small-group tours of 30 or less.
Do tours include airfare?
All tours outside North America offer optional group airfare​ and you can find the starting airport information in the tour description. On tours inside North America, travelers meet the group at the starting hotel, which is always a short taxi or complimentary shuttle away from the nearest airport.
What is the deposit to confirm my spot and when is final payment due?
The deposit for most tours is $250 per person and final payment is due 120 days before departure (don’t worry - we will send you a reminder email). You can make payment over the phone with a credit card or you can mail a check.

What should I prepare for in terms of mobility and walking?
Travelers must be capable of walking a mile at a time, for up to four miles a day. International tours have higher mobility and walking requirements. Due to the fundamental nature of our tour stops, Highest Travel cannot accommodate travelers using walkers, wheelchairs, or scooters.
